Mark your calendars as the next 21 Hats Live event will take place in Fort Worth, Texas, and run from a get-acquainted session Wednesday afternoon, March 6, through lunch on Friday, March 8.
There is also an optional dinner for those who can stay around on Friday evening!
The format will be similar to last year’s gathering in Chicago.
(If you weren’t there, here’s what I wrote about it.)
In Fort Worth, we’ll get another chance to tour a business — this time, it will be Laura Zander’s Madelinetosh manufacturing operation along with a nearby retailer who sells Laura’s yarn.
Laura Zander started Jimmy Beans Wool with her husband, Doug. Jimmy Beans Wool is a store that sells yarn and fabric. It is very successful and has been on the Inc. 5000 list for four years in a row. Laura and Doug used to be computer engineers in California before they moved to Nevada and opened their store in 2002.
Once again, there will be no speakers, only participants, all of whom will help choose our discussion topics.
Once again, the 21 Hats Podcast regulars will be with us. And once again, the number of attendees will be limited to make sure everyone has a chance to compare notes, make connections, and build friendships.
